For the fifth time, the PropTech Hungary Conference will take place with a renewed vision, a new background and lots of new ideas.
A lot has changed recently: digitisation has started in many companies and ESG has pushed operators to collect more and more data about their real estate and their company - time, efficiency and measurability have become more valuable than ever.
The digital transformation of real estate has begun, with the proliferation of community services (office, parking, desktop), more and more projects running in BIM and more and more people equipping their properties with various IoT devices, smart sensors, all of which are pushing us towards measurability and efficiency.
Alternatives to renting include the functional operation of the property, the introduction of new products, such as built-to-rent, or the conversion and renovation of office buildings, such as retrofit, which in many cases involves "smarting" in addition to traditional renovation.
Operation is increasingly valued, as after handover, it is the operators who have the most information about the property, its use and its efficiency, needs and their changes.
And speaking of data, this is the first year that the digitalisation of the construction industry, Contech and BIM (Building Information Modelling) will have their own section.
